I imagine it is so they can keep the production as an "assembly line" style, helping cost down. It looks like there are mostly 45 degree bends with a couple 15 or 30 degrees (ish) near the TBs. All very common angles to purchase when buying stock to make the kit(s). Also they can set up jigs to make every weld and have confidence that any slop will be minimal enough to be corrected in the silicone couplers. Even if you know all of the angles at which you need to bend the pipes, there is still calculating how the bend changes the length of the pipe and the rotation of the pipe vs. the previous bend to make the connections correct and have appropriate clearance. However they can answer best, I am simply going off my experiences bending conduit on electrical installs. Anyone have any other thoughts? Oh yeah, the pipes look great! I'm looking forward to seeing them installed.
